The Conversation exhibition expands the concept of artistic and musical performance by creating a new alchemy between music, deaf culture and the tools to experience it. The classical formation of the string duet, thanks to the digital processing of two electronic musicians, will make the sound vibration coming from a different and innovative use of an audio system perceptible to the deaf performer. The environment that welcomes the performance is filled with rubber balloons that the audience is invited to hold in their hands: in this way everyone can feel the vibrations produced by the sound composition, following the method used by the deaf to listen to music. 

The concert is performed by a deaf performer, Nicola Della Maggiora, who perceives the sound vibrations coming from the wooden structure on which he is situated. He interprets the musical composition with a silent song in Italian sign language.
